One of DJ Lady P’s core missions is to create space for Black women to feel seen, heard, and celebrated. She often performs at events that amplify self-love, healing, and creativity—bringing energy and intention to everything from vision board parties to panel discussions.

Named after her late father, Gerard Rene was born from a desire to keep his legacy alive while celebrating her Caribbean-American heritage and creativity. Each piece is a reflection of her life experiences, her sense of resilience, and her belief in beauty as a form of strength.

Cassadera’s writing career began in her early twenties. Influenced by iconic Black authors like Brenda Jackson, Carl Weber, Eric Jerome Dickey, and Rochelle Alers, she saw a path forward—one that affirmed her voice and validated the importance of Black stories. Toni Morrison’s famous quote echoed in her soul: “If there’s a book you want to read, but it hasn’t been written yet, then you must write it.”

She is the founder of Lyrical Healing, a platform for emotional restoration through poetry, storytelling, and creative expression. With authenticity as her signature, Doris empowers women—especially Black women—to reclaim their voices and embrace their divine assignment.

From a young age, Tia was musically inclined. Singing, dancing, writing, rapping—music was always an outlet. But it was behind the DJ booth where she found her true voice. She wasn't just a performer; she was a curator of moments, a builder of mood, and a controller of sonic waves. That realization turned her interest into a mission: to spread good energy, nostalgia, and movement through sound.

Her creative journey began at age five, humming TV jingles and singing in church. Encouraged by her mother, Radcity got her first Casio keyboard and started programming beats—laying the foundation for what would become a genre-bending signature sound.
