Robin Young: Leading Others to Live with Purpose

Robin Young

A Business Built from Personal Discovery

For Robin Young, purpose is more than a concept—it’s a way of life. As the founder of Participate With Your Purpose Enterprise, she helps others uncover who they are, why they exist, and how to activate their divine assignment. Her journey began in a place of desperation. “I was desperate in finding my own purpose,” she says. “And in that pursuit, I realized so many people don’t know who they are and why they exist.”

That realization became her mission. Today, Robin offers courses, coaching, books, and programs that transform confusion into clarity. Her work is rooted in the belief that purpose is the foundational principle from which all transformation begins.

Becoming an Entrepreneur by Obedience

Robin didn’t pursue entrepreneurship for applause—she pursued it because God told her to. “My business was birthed out of pure obedience to God,” she explains. “I didn’t do it for the money. I did it because I was called to do it.”

She remembers that call clearly. The moment she made the decision to become an entrepreneur was the moment she chose to trust God's vision for her life over her own limited understanding. That trust opened doors and continues to shape her impact.

Services that Transform

Participate With Your Purpose Enterprise is a hybrid company—faith-based and transformation-centered. Robin offers personal development coaching, life purpose discovery programs, and prophetic teachings that focus on helping others not just find their path but walk it with intention.

Her company includes faith-based workshops, online coaching sessions, and books designed to elevate awareness of purpose. She also hosts public speaking events, where she shares tools for identifying divine gifts and eliminating fear-based thinking.

“My services are not just informational,” she says. “They are transformational. They activate.”

Challenges and Triumphs

Starting a business came with challenges. Robin admits the biggest one was “getting over myself.” Fear, insecurity, and self-doubt were real barriers. But she worked through them by renewing her mind daily with affirmations, biblical truth, and strategic journaling.

“My belief system had to change,” she explains. “I had to confront the lies that told me I wasn’t enough.” As she shed limiting beliefs, she made room for new confidence. Today, she teaches others how to do the same.

Learning to Balance It All

Robin is intentional about creating balance between business, family, and self-care. Her strategy is rooted in faith: seeking God first before making decisions. She also relies on planning, time-blocking, and staying sensitive to what she calls “divine timing.”

“It’s not about doing it all at once,” she says. “It’s about doing the right thing in the right season.”

She believes balance comes when we learn to listen to God—and to ourselves.

The Power of Identity

Robin believes that helping people identify their God-given purpose is the key to healing communities, transforming lives, and restoring families. Her programs focus on helping others recognize their spiritual gifts and understand their personal identity outside of societal labels.

“Purpose is the anchor,” she says. “Once you know who you are and why you’re here, everything shifts.”

Her work includes purpose coaching sessions, identity boot camps, and faith-based mentorship for women seeking to reclaim their power.

The Role of Representation

As a Black woman entrepreneur, Robin understands the importance of visibility. “Representation matters,” she says. “When Black women show up in leadership, we give permission to others to do the same.”

She makes it a priority to show up authentically and unapologetically—whether in corporate spaces, church settings, or entrepreneurial rooms. Her message is consistent: identity is powerful, and purpose is essential.

Building a Legacy

Looking forward, Robin’s goal is to scale Participate With Your Purpose into a global initiative. She wants to create digital schools of purpose, build community hubs, and reach youth who are disconnected from their identity.

Her legacy will be measured not in numbers but in people—those who went from lost to found because someone gave them permission to ask the question: “Why am I here?”

She dreams of writing more books, leading healing retreats, and continuing to spread the message that purpose is not reserved for the few—it belongs to everyone.

Words of Wisdom

To aspiring Black women entrepreneurs, Robin offers this advice:

“Be bold in your obedience. Don’t wait for confirmation from people when you’ve already heard from God. There’s someone waiting on your ‘yes.’ Don’t let fear talk you out of your future.”

She encourages women to speak affirmations aloud, journal daily, and create spiritual routines that anchor them in truth. Most of all, she reminds them that alignment is more important than applause.

A Life of Impact

Robin Young is more than a coach—she’s a trailblazer, a purpose pusher, and a faith-filled leader on a mission to help others wake up to who they really are. Through her obedience, she’s creating a ripple effect of healing, wholeness, and hope. Her work reminds us all: when you walk in purpose, you never walk alone.
