The Leadership Strategy Call is an exclusive opportunity for chapter leaders to connect directly with Dear Black Woman Global Leadership & other chapter leaders. These calls focus on strategic planning, leadership development, and unified chapter progress. Leaders receive updates, share local insights, and collaborate on solutions that keep our global movement thriving.

Cancellation Policy

All chapter leaders are expected to participate in monthly Leadership Strategy Calls with DBW Global. These calls ensure alignment, communication, and support across the movement. Failure to attend without advance notification will result in a $5 no-show fee to be deducted from leadership compensation.
