Service Description
Business Strategy Calls are designed to help members assess where they are, clarify where they want to go, and build a high-level action plan to move forward. These calls focus on identifying clear business goals, refining your mission, and choosing the right strategies to grow your brand or organization with purpose and precision. Goals: Define or refine your business vision and mission Identify short- and long-term business goals Prioritize strategic actions for growth Strengthen your brand positioning and message Create a clear path forward based on your values and capacity
Cancellation Policy
Dear Black Woman Memberships include access to coaching, development, and strategy services designed to support wellness, leadership, and business growth. This policy outlines how those services are accessed and used. Available Services Business Strategy Sessions Business Development Sessions Leadership Development Sessions Additional services based on membership level Session Access All sessions must be scheduled using the official booking link, at least 72 hours in advance. Legacy and Leadership Circle Members receive priority scheduling. Monthly Session Limits Sister Circle: Access to group workshops only (no 1:1 sessions) Foundation: 1 private session/month Legacy: Up to 2 private sessions/month Leadership Circle: Up to 4 private sessions/month Unused sessions do not roll over unless approved for special circumstances. Cancellations & Missed Sessions Cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited. Two or more missed sessions may result in temporary access suspension. Conduct & Privacy Sessions are confidential and professional. Any disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct may result in removal of access or review of membership status. Purpose of Services These sessions support: Goal setting and planning Leadership and professional growth Wellness coaching They are not intended as legal, medical, or financial consultation. Member Feedback Members may be asked to provide feedback after each session to improve service quality. Policy Changes Dear Black Woman reserves the right to update this policy. Members will be notified of any changes by email and through the member portal.
