From Vision to Voice: Dr. Nikki’s Journey

Dr. Nikki Harris is the founder of DrNikkiSpeaks Enterprises, a coaching and leadership development brand focused on helping women lead with purpose, integrity, and unapologetic authenticity. She is an author, speaker, and strategist with decades of experience—and she is just getting started.

“I was taught early on to create opportunities, not just take them,” she says. Her father’s advice to ‘get in position to create jobs’ still guides her leadership style today. Now, she mentors women globally and is on a path to take her company public within the next five years.

Her work spans personal development, faith-based leadership, and relationship coaching—particularly for powerful women seeking balance in marriage and business. Her books, The Power of Process and My Husband’s Intercessor, reflect her commitment to leaving a legacy of love and wisdom.

Lights, Camera, Purpose: Briana’s Rise

At just 22, Briana Harris is the founder of BDonice Productions and a graduate of Alabama State University. She fell in love with storytelling after writing her first short film in 2022, which sparked her desire to create meaningful, spiritually-rooted narratives that challenge norms.

“I write what God gives me,” she says. “I want my films to speak truth and transform lives—not just entertain.”

Now focused on expanding her digital footprint, Briana is building her YouTube channel and seeking collaborations with fellow creatives. Her content aims to speak to faith, identity, and emotional truth—all while showcasing the richness of Black storytelling.

More Than Blood: A Bond Built on Purpose

What sets this duo apart is not just their talent, but how they support one another’s callings. Dr. Nikki doesn’t manage her daughter—she mentors her. Briana doesn’t imitate her mother—she is inspired by her.

“Our relationship thrives because we honor each other’s gifts,” Dr. Nikki explains. Whether it’s a brainstorming session or a binge-watch night, they make space for connection in between business milestones.

Their relationship model is one of reciprocal growth: Dr. Nikki draws courage from Briana’s fearlessness, and Briana gains strength from her mother’s wisdom.
